Following the Government of Jersey information and advice issued on 14 March 2020, we will be changing our practices in dealing with tenant requests. This action is to ensure that the wellbeing of our tenants and staff is maintained as much as possible and to prevent the spread of the virus.
All non-emergency maintenance will be suspended, for the time being. Please continue to log any non-emergency requests through our reporting tool (Homepage). These will be addressed at a future date, which will be dependant on the advice issued by the Government of Jersey. We will monitor and provide updates, as the situation evolves.
